Sec. 75.106. JUDGES NOT LIMITED TO CERTAIN CASES

This subchapter does not limit a senior criminal district court judge to sitting only in criminal cases, a senior civil district court judge to sitting only in civil cases, or a senior family court judge to sitting only in cases involving family law.
