Sec. 402.011. CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

The office of the attorney general shall recognize, prepare, or administer continuing legal education programs that meet continuing legal education requirements imposed under Section 81.113(c) for the attorneys employed by the office. This section expires January 1, 2014.
