Sec. 411.111. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: DISTRICT COURT; NAME CHANGES

A district court is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is:
(1) an adult; and
(2) has petitioned the court to order a change of name for the person.
