Sec. 411.112. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: COMMISSION ON LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER STANDARDS AND EDUCATION

The Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is:
(1) an applicant for a license under Chapter 1701, Occupations Code; or
(2) the holder of a license under that chapter.
