Sec. 411.123. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: MUNICIPAL FIRE DEPARTMENT

(a) A fire department that is operated by a municipality in this state is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is:
(1) an applicant for a beginning position with the fire department; and
(2) required to be certified by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 296, Sec. 13(5).
