Sec. 420.033. CHAIN OF CUSTODY

Medical, law enforcement, department, and laboratory personnel who handle sexual assault evidence under this chapter or other law shall maintain the chain of custody of the evidence from the time the evidence is collected until the time the evidence is destroyed.
