Sec. 431.138. DESIGN; RIBBONS

  • (a) The adjutant general shall design and have manufactured the medals, awards, decorations, and ribbons awarded under this subchapter and others that the adjutant general has approved for award.

    (b) The adjutant general shall adopt rules and regulations prescribing when a ribbon may be appropriately worn instead of the medal it symbolizes.
