Sec. 432.041. WHO MAY CONVENE GENERAL COURT-MARTIAL

In the militia or state military forces not in federal service a general court-martial may be convened by:
(1) the governor; or
(2) the adjutant general or any other general officer under regulations the governor may adopt.
