Sec. 436.057. DIRECTOR; STAFF

(a) The commission shall, subject to approval of the governor, hire a director to serve as the chief executive officer of the commission and to perform the administrative duties of the commission.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 43, Sec. 22(2), eff. September 1, 2009.
(c) The governor shall determine the staff for the commission.
