Sec. 441.228. ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF GIFTS OR GRANTS

In addition to state appropriations, the commission may accept from any public or private source gifts or grants of money, property, or services, and spend or use the money, property, or services, under rules established by the commission and under applicable state laws.
