Sec. 443.0042. INFORMATION ON RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOARD MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES

The executive director or the executive director's designee shall provide to members of the board and to board employees, as often as necessary, information regarding their responsibilities under applicable laws relating to standards of conduct for state officers or employees.
