Sec. 466.256. REPRESENTATIVES BY PERSON CLAIMING LOTTERY PRIZE

A person claiming or attempting to claim a lottery prize or a share of a lottery prize represents that the ticket or other item showing that the person is entitled to the prize or share was lawfully obtained, is not stolen, forged, or altered, and has not previously been redeemed.
