Sec. 490.256. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

(a) A research institution may not knowingly attempt to attract an individual key researcher or research superiority identified for consideration for funding by another research institution in this state or a private institution of higher education in this state under this subchapter.
(b) An institution that violates this section is ineligible to participate in a program or receive funding under this chapter before the third anniversary of the date the institution last engaged in an activity prohibited by this section.
