Sec. 531.0247. ANNUAL BUSINESS PLAN

Subject to Section 531.0055(c), the commission shall develop and implement an annual business services plan for each health and human services region that establishes performance objectives for all health and human services agencies providing services in the region and measures agency effectiveness and efficiency in achieving those objectives.
