Sec. 531.065. CONSOLIDATION AND COORDINATION OF HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUM PAYMENT REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAMS

(a) The commission shall develop and implement a plan to consolidate and coordinate the administration of the health insurance premium payment reimbursement programs prescribed by Section 62.059, Health and Safety Code, and Section 32.0422, Human Resources Code.
(b) If cost-effective, the commission may contract with a private entity to assist the commission in developing and implementing a plan required by this section.
