Sec. 531.116. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW PROHIBITING SOLICITATION

A provider who furnishes services under the Medicaid program or child health plan program is subject to Chapter 102, Occupations Code, and the provider's compliance with that chapter is a condition of the provider's eligibility to participate as a provider under those programs.
