Sec. 533.0027. PROCEDURES TO ENSURE CERTAIN RECIPIENTS ARE ENROLLED IN SAME MANAGED CARE PLAN

The commission shall ensure that all recipients who are children and who reside in the same household may, at the family's election, be enrolled in the same managed care plan.
