Sec. 533.0028. EVALUATION OF CERTAIN STAR + PLUS MEDICAID MANAGED CARE PROGRAM SERVICES

The external quality review organization shall periodically conduct studies and surveys to assess the quality of care and satisfaction with health care services provided to enrollees in the STAR + PLUS Medicaid managed care program who are eligible to receive health care benefits under both the Medicaid and Medicare programs.
