Sec. 533.011. PUBLIC NOTICE

Not later than the 30th day before the commission plans to issue a request for applications to enter into a contract with the commission to provide health care services to recipients in a region, the commission shall publish notice of and make available for public review the request for applications and all related nonproprietary documents, including the proposed contract.
