Sec. 533.014. PROFIT SHARING

(a) The commission shall adopt rules regarding the sharing of profits earned by a managed care organization through a managed care plan providing health care services under a contract with the commission under this chapter.
(b) Any amount received by the state under this section shall be deposited in the general revenue fund for the purpose of funding the state Medicaid program.
