Sec. 533.015. COORDINATION OF EXTERNAL OVERSIGHT ACTIVITIES

To the extent possible, the commission shall coordinate all external oversight activities to minimize duplication of oversight of managed care plans under the state Medicaid program and disruption of operations under those plans.
