Sec. 533.019. VALUE-ADDED SERVICES

The commission shall actively encourage managed care organizations that contract with the commission to offer benefits, including health care services or benefits or other types of services, that:
(1) are in addition to the services ordinarily covered by the managed care plan offered by the managed care organization; and
(2) have the potential to improve the health status of enrollees in the plan.
