Sec. 533.021. APPOINTMENT

Not later than the 180th day before the date the commission plans to begin to provide health care services to recipients in a health care service region through managed care, the commission, in consultation with health and human services agencies, shall appoint a Medicaid managed care advisory committee for that region.
