Sec. 609.105. DELEGATION OF 401(K) PLAN ADMINISTRATOR'S AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A plan administrator of a 401(k) plan may delegate the administrator's authority and responsibilities under this subchapter to another person.
