Sec. 654.035. FIRST ASSISTANT CLASSIFICATION OFFICER

The classification officer, subject to the approval of the state auditor and the Legislative Audit Committee, may appoint a first assistant classification officer to whom the classification officer may delegate the statutory powers and duties of the classification officer when the classification officer is absent.
