Sec. 838.107. SERVICE NOT PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED

The state shall make contributions for service not previously established that is established under Section 838.105 or 838.106 in the amount provided by Section 838.103(f) for military service. The state contributions will be made at the time the service credit is granted.
