Sec. 1471.027. USE OF BOND PROCEEDS OUTSIDE ROAD DISTRICT

A road district may use the proceeds of bonds issued under this chapter for road improvements located outside the district if the commissioners court finds that the improvements are reasonable, necessary, and beneficial to all taxable property in the district.
