Sec. 1473.001. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE PUBLIC LIBRARY BONDS

The commissioners court of a county by order may authorize the issuance of county bonds to finance all or part of the acquisition, construction, improvement, enlargement, equipment, or repair of a public library building.
