Sec. 1473.172. AUTHORITY FOR PUBLIC HEALTH ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

If the bonds were approved at an election ordered before April 27, 1965, the county alone or jointly with a municipality located in the county, may:
(1) erect, maintain, expand, or repair a public health administration building; or
(2) acquire a site or equipment for a public health administration building.
