Sec. 1477.202. AUTHORITY TO IMPOSE AND PLEDGE AD VALOREM TAX

The commissioners court shall impose and pledge annual county ad valorem taxes under Section 9, Article VIII, Texas Constitution, in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on certificates of indebtedness as they become due.
