Sec. 1504.264. INTERIM RECEIPTS

Pending the preparation of a definitive bond, a municipality may provide to the purchaser of a bond sold under this subchapter an interim receipt or certificate in the form and with the provisions specified in the ordinance authorizing the issuance of the bonds.
