Sec. 1509.103. AUTHORITY FOR FARMERS' MARKET

A municipality may:
(1) acquire, lease as lessor or lessee, construct, improve, enlarge, or operate a farmers' market; and
(2) contract with any public or private entity to perform any function authorized by this section.
