Sec. 1509.211. LEASE OR RENTAL OF PROPERTY OR FACILITY TO UNITED STATES

The municipality may lease or rent to the United States any property or facility acquired, constructed, improved, enlarged, or equipped in whole or in part with proceeds from the sale of bonds issued under this subchapter.
