Sec. 152.1293. COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF SUPPORT PAYMENTS IN JEFFERSON COUNTY

(a) The juvenile board of Jefferson County may require a juvenile probation officer to collect and disburse child support payments that are required by court order to be made to a court in the county.
(b) The juvenile probation officer shall keep a record of money received and disbursed in a well-bound book in the probation office. The payment book is open to public inspection. The county auditor shall audit the records.
