Sec. 161.103. CONTRACT FOR GUARDIANSHIP SERVICES

If appropriate, the department may contract with a political subdivision of this state, a guardianship program as defined by Section 601, Texas Probate Code, a private agency, or another state agency for the provision of guardianship services under this section.
