Sec. 22.007. PUBLIC INFORMATION CONTRACT REQUIREMENT

  • (a) Each contract between the department and a provider of services must contain a provision that authorizes the department to display at the service provider's place of business public awareness information on services provided by the department.

    (b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a) of this section, the department may not require a physician to display in the physician's private offices public awareness information on services provided by the department.
