Sec. 22.032. USE OF EARNED FEDERAL FUNDS

Subject to the General Appropriations Act, the department may use earned federal funds derived from recovery of amounts paid or benefits granted by the department as a result of fraud to pay the costs of the department's activities relating to preventing fraud.
