Sec. 73.003. STRATEGIC PLAN

The council shall develop and implement a strategic plan for a statewide system of early childhood intervention services, as required by Subchapter VIII, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) (20 U.S.C. Section 1471 et seq.), and its subsequent amendments, to ensure that the provisions of this chapter are properly implemented by the agencies affected.
