Sec. 73.0041. ADVISORY COMMITTEE DUTIES

The advisory committee established under Section 73.004 shall perform the duties and responsibilities required of an advisory committee under Subchapter VIII, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) (20 U.S.C. Section 1471 et seq.), and its subsequent amendments.
