Sec. 111.016. REHABILITATION COUNCIL OF TEXAS

The Rehabilitation Council of Texas is created by this section in accordance with the federal Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1992, Pub. L. 102-569, and the federal Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998, Pub. L. 105-220. The board shall adopt rules for the implementation of regulations and the administration of the council.
