Sec. 825.002. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

The director of the Texas Agricultural Extension Service shall execute a cooperative agreement with the appropriate federal officers or agencies to perform the cooperative work in predatory animal and rodent control in the manner and under the regulations stated in the agreement.
