Sec. 1002.055. EXPENSES

(a) Members of the board serve without compensation but, subject to the availability of appropriated funds, may receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in attending meetings of the board.
(b) Information relating to the billing and payment of expenses under this section is subject to Chapter 552, Government Code.
