Sec. 1002.057. PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN CONTRACTS AND EMPLOYMENT

(a) The board may not compensate, employ, or contract with any individual who serves as a member of the board of, or on an advisory board or advisory committee for, any other governmental body, including any agency, council, or committee, in this state.
(b) The board may not compensate, employ, or contract with any person that provides financial support to the board, including a person who provides a gift, grant, or donation to the board.
