Sec. 103A.009. GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS

The commissioner may accept for the council gifts, grants, and donations to fulfill the council's purposes and duties under this chapter. The department is not required to perform any fund-raising activities or to solicit donations for the council.
