Sec. 104.024. SUBMISSION OF PLAN TO GOVERNOR

The statewide health coordinating council shall approve the state health plan for submission to the governor in accordance with applicable federal law and, not later than November 1 of each even-numbered year, submit the plan to the governor for adoption.
