Sec. 12.015. INFORMATION ON COMMUNITY SERVICES

Latest version.

(a) If the department determines that a person is not eligible for a level of care in a nursing home, the department shall inform the person that community services might be available under the community care for the aged and disabled program administered by the Texas Department of Human Services.
(b) The department shall provide to the person a list of services available under the program and a telephone number to call for more information on the services.
