Sec. 32.014. FEES

(a) Except as prohibited by federal law or regulation, the board may charge fees for the services provided directly by the department or through approved providers in accordance with Subchapter D, Chapter 12.
(b) The board shall adopt standards and procedures to develop and implement a schedule of allowable charges for program services.
