Sec. 38.002. TREATMENT OF MINOR WHO HAS PEDICULOSIS

For the purpose of treating a minor who has pediculosis, the parent or guardian of the minor shall:
(1) follow the instructions of the department; or
(2) place the minor under the care of a licensed physician.
