Sec. 40.002. EPILEPSY PROGRAM

(a) The department, with approval of the board, may establish an epilepsy program to provide diagnostic services, treatment, and support services to eligible persons who have epilepsy.
(b) The commissioner may appoint an epilepsy advisory board to assist the department in developing the epilepsy program.
