Sec. 42.015. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

(a) The division may institute, carry on, and supervise educational programs for the public and health providers, including physicians, hospitals, and public health departments, concerning chronic kidney disease, including prevention and methods of care and treatment.
(b) The division may use existing public or private programs or groups for the educational programs.
